TIMELINE & PLAYLIST APP
We have over the past 6 months been working with Vibo. A fantastic app that allows you to be able to timeline your whole wedding day in a easy to use and easy to understand way. From the wedding breakfast and photographer arriving, speeches, to the last dance at the end of the night. we have found clients using this as their "master timeline" quite often, and hand it over to the wedding planner. (I wish I had it when I got married!)
Not only can you timeline your whole day so everything happens when It should do, you can use It to provide us with your "must play" & "do not play" tracks .. first dance.. entrance music .. all that fun stuff. And it is also super easy. you can select from our hundreds of pemade suggestions, load a Spotify / Apple Music etc playlist into by dropping a link or build your own playlist right there in the app. This will ensure the music you want gets played and your wedding reception is as special as your ceremony. (that's our goal)
FUNKY EXTRAS
• “Walkabout” performers – Anything from fire dancers and gymnasts, to bands and singers. You have something else in mind? Feel free to ask!
• Professional event staff - anything from bar staff & servers, to ushers and security.
• Event hosts/ presenter – Make sure everything happens when and where it should. We can provide a professional and friendly personality to usher people to where they need to be, direct staff to correct locations, introduce speeches/ first dances etc.
• Photographers / Videographers – We would only recommend the best, and most reliable. While still being suited to your event and budget.
• Infrastructure – From bouncy castles and laser quest, to marquees and popup bars. Whatever you need to make the party happen, we can locate and provide
• A wide range of catering and bar options to suit your event. Everything from ice cream vans to ax throwing ! Just give us a outline of what you would like and we can recommend some fantastic options.
Dj & LIGHTING SERVICE
If you have everything already planned and all you need is a dj to fill your space with some music and lights. Or perhaps just play background music for cocktails and between the band. whatever is required we can help.
We provide a great professional looking and sounding show whatever the budget and venue. (talk to us directly so we can put the perfect package together for you)
We will work with you to make sure it is the right kind of DJ performance for your event. This is often overlooked by other event companies and the difference the right kind of performance a DJ makes is invaluable.
We can offer a half day or full day service, meaning we can cover you from your ceremony all the way through to the end of the day. The full day packages include outdoor speakers suitable for ceremony or cocktail hour and wireless microphones for speeches etc.
