With this easy to use app, you can build your perfect timeline of the day and the accompanying soundtrack (as much or as little of it as you like). We love it, our clients love it and yourself & your guests will love it...
This is a fantastic tool to help build that series of perfect moments to make your event run smooth and have everyone "singing of the same songbook".

Join Your Personal Event Page
After downloading and signing in with the link we provided, you have access to every function of the app. Please start by changing the event picture if you like, followed by answering as many questions as you can by taping on "planning questions". (don't worry if you don't know the answer or it's not applicable this is jsut to get a outline at this stage) Once you have done this you can go into the "timeline & music" section.

Build Your Perfect Timeline
Here you can timeline your day, by adding what we call "moments".
each "moment" can be given a start time, a soundtrack, and have notes provided for any extra information required for each one.. In this example we have cocktail hour starting at 11:30 am with 20 songs requested to base a playlist off. Then a specific song requested for a grand entrance and the first dance. Followed by the main dancing section with a 25 track playlist for the dj to base the set off. and at the bottom 2 tracks in the do not play section.
you can add and remove as many or as little of these "moments" as you like.. the beauty of the app is you can use as much or a s little as you like

Build your dream playlist
When providing a playlist for the DJ, you can do as much or as little as you like. if you want them to just do their thing and play off the crowd, then no problem! if you want to provide your favorite Spotify / Apple music party playlist to be DJ'd professionally. No problem! Or perhaps you want to have a few favorite tracks and requests , and leave it open for the rest... its completely up to you!

The important questions
Keep track of everything really easy with our status bar... As you answer the questions and fill in sections we let you know how much is done and how much is left with a easy to see status bar for each section. Making this app extremely easy to use.
